Life can be a lot to navigate. 1:1 sessions offer a steady reflective space to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. From there, we can move forward, with clarity and self‑trust.

What the work looks like:
As a coach, I walk alongside you — offering presence, perspective, and support shaped by both lived experience and professional training.
Sessions are collaborative and responsive. Rather than following a rigid model, we focus on what feels most alive or pressing in the moment and work together to pave the path ahead. You then integrate the insights and goals we discussed into your days/life between sessions.
