We can most effectively support others when we ourselves are supported.
“Put your oxygen mask on first before helping others.”
As a clinician educator and physician wellbeing program leader for over a decade, I have observed (and espoused) the imperative of this adage. I initially learned this survival technique firsthand in my years as a full-spectrum doula, supporting clients through 24+ hour labor or devastating pregnancy loss. If I didn’t tend to my own needs, I would burn out.
We must learn to listen to and care for ourselves while we navigate - and reform - the systems and circumstances that can create burnout.
I support clinicians through tricky decisions, ethical complexities, moral fatigue, and forks in the professional path.

“One of the most beautiful gifts in the world is the gift of encouragement. When someone encourages you, that person helps you over a threshold you might otherwise never have crossed on your own.”
COACHING MODEL
I meet you where you are, focus on the changes you feel called to make, and invite you to take charge. Together, we’ll identify the core values, motivations, and strengths that will support you in cultivating greater well-being. We effectively set goals that support you, and navigate obstacles that arise. We develop a relationship built on trust, accountability, honesty, and collaboration.
