Life can be a lot to navigate. It can help to remember: You are not alone.
A guide - who’s familiar with the unpredictable nature of the journey - can help you discern how to show up in this period of life, and what path to take forward.
As a coach, I accompany you through the woods. I share skills and insights I’ve acquired from my professional trainings and experiences, as well as from traversing my own path - which has been filled with great love and great loss, physical and emotional challenges, and spiritual reckonings.
I will help you design a personal wellbeing map, work with challenges, and develop a deep faith in your innate capacity to heal, grow, and live life peacefully.
LOGISTICS
I typically work with clients for at least six months. We usually meet once per week to start, and transition to every other week or monthly when it feels right. My practice is currently virtual, via Zoom or phone.
PROCESS
To begin, we identify your priorities, values, and strengths. We then develop a personal vision for where you’d like to be, and set short- and long-term goals. Throughout our work together, we check in about both your vision and goals, and dive deeply into any pressing issues that feel relevant to unpack. It’s a dynamic process of continual exploration, discovery, and evolution!

My intention is to develop a relationship built on trust, accountability, honesty, and collaboration. To this end, I meet you where you are, focus on the changes you feel called to make, and invite you to take charge. I’ll help you identify the core values, motivations, and strengths that will support you in cultivating the life you desire through nuanced reflection and effective goal-setting.

METHODS
I integrate approaches and philosophies from a wide range of fields, including but not limited to: health humanities, narrative medicine, full-spectrum doula philosophy, positive psychology, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, self-compassion, peer support, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, appreciative inquiry, addiction recovery, dialectic behavioral therapy, and the transtheoretical model of change.
